Wage War

Through an unwavering dedication to progression, Wage War sharpen their patented hybrid of heavy pit-starting technicality and hummable hypnotic melodies with each subsequent evolution. Look no further than the aptly titled third full-length from the Florida quintet, Pressure [Fearless Records]. The band—Briton Bond [lead vocals], Cody Quistad [rhythm guitar, clean vocals], Seth Blake [lead guitar], Chris Gaylord [bass], and Stephen Kluesener [drums]—drove themselves to fully realize their ambition by pushing harder. A whirlwind four years set the foundation for such a statement. The group’s 2015 debut, Blueprints, yielded multiple fan favorites with “Alive” cracking 12 million Spotify streams and “The River” exceeding 8 million to date. Meanwhile, 2017’s Deadweight established the boys as a rising force. Totaling nearly 50 million cumulative streams in two years, the single “Stitch” racked up 14 million streams on Spotify as Deadweight received widespread praise from MetalInjection, New Noise, Metal Hammer, and Rock Sound who dubbed it, “a relentless, genre-evolving treat. Meanwhile, they toured alongside everyone from I Prevail and Of Mice & Men to Parkway Drive and A Day To Remember, logging countless miles on the road. In order to approach their next evolution from a different angle, Wage War enlisted the talents of producer Drew Fulk (Motionless in White, Lil Peep, IDKHOW)and recorded in Los Angeles for the first time, delivering a bold body of work.

Erra

ERRA is a five-piece progressive metalcore band hailing from Birmingham, Alabama that formed in 2009. Their namesake comes from Akkadian mythology and represents mayhem. The band, consisting of Jesse Cash, Sean Price, Alex Ballew, and JT Cavey, solidified their technical sound after relentlessly practicing and writing. They take their influences from well respected groups like Misery Signals, Born of Osiris, As I Lay Dying and Saosin, and thrive on being creative and showcasing their talent through their intense live performances. ERRA takes great pleasure in offering their refreshing sound in a sometimes stale and over-saturated market. It’s not about fashion or status; it’s about using raw talent and energy to create genuine songs that will give hope to the listener.

thrown
Presenting lyrics filled with anger and self-hatred, thrown effectively blends intense and crushing guitars with catchy, yet aggressive vocal rhythms. Without warning, the four-piece aims to become prominent with their modern take on heavy music. With 'grayout' being their first step on making a new impression on the scene, including the works of producer and drummer, Buster Odeholm, and music video director Lucas Englund (Parkway Drive, Architects), thrown brings their A to the game from day one and we're all here for it.

Vocalist Marcus Lundqvist is joined by Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm on guitars, and drummer Buster Odeholm (Vildhjarta/Humanity's Last Breath) as thrown aim to spread their message of self-loathing through their mix of gut-punching Metalcore and anger-inciting Hardcore. With ambition already pushing the band to seek out touring opportunities throughout 2022, it'll be no time before thrown have you singing along and bringing all your energy in the pit at a live show.
Fame On Fire

Fame On Fire is genre-defying and pushing the boundaries of rock, hip hop, and heavy music, by unapologetically being themselves. Unpretentious, honest, and boldly brash, Fame On Fire has delivered a diverse, energetic, and emotionally-wrenching collection of songs for their debut album, LEVELS. Holding multiple meanings, LEVELS, is both about going through the motions of life, the various levels, ups and downs that all people can relate to, and about the quest to level-up and continue to progress and move forward. This dichotomy defines a band that is not willing to stand still or be complacent, but one that continuously tries to evolve their sound and craft.

Leaving absolutely nothing on the table, Fame On Fire self-produced, tracked, and mixed the album on their own, in the studio they built, laboring over every lyric, chord, beat, and riff, and painstakingly polishing every track. On “Her Eyes” - the band’s first #1 song on Sirius XM Octane - singer Bryan Kuznitz explores the turmoil of surviving an emotionally abusive relationship with the brutal honesty of someone who wants to push through any challenge and remains hopeful in getting to the other side.

It is this hopefulness that ultimately prevails in an album that doesn’t shy away from themes of anguish, loss, and toxicity in relationships and life. Whether it be fighting demons and breaking out of the internal prison of the mind in “HEADSPACE FT. POORSTACY” or swimming consciously through a downward spiral in “Down,” Fame On Fire paints a visceral portrait of the uneven journey of life that we all go through and that we can all get through together. Through the darkness comes a flicker of hope that shines through to a new day.

With LEVELS, Fame On Fire set out to show how important music is for the band and their fans. According to guitarist, Blake Saul, “Our band exists because all of us grew up together and we each found our own ways to music, which is living and breathing inside of us.” LEVELS proves that Fame On Fire is ready to help define a new era of rock music. Just don’t call Fame On Fire a cover band.

Fame On Fire is: Bryan Kuznitz (Vocalist), Blake Saul (Guitarist), Alex Roman (Drummer), Paul Spirou (Bassist)
