The BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2018 is confirmed for May and June 2018, and marks the beginning of BABYMETAL’s campaign in support of their upcoming and much anticipated new album.
The US tour comprises of 8 dates including Rock on the Range, and the European tour includes 5 dates including Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, and Download UK.
Last December, BABYMETAL’s vocalist SU-METAL returned to her hometown in Hiroshima for a two-day show “LEGEND-S- BAPTISM”. The shows were celebrations of her “coming of age” – a very important date in Japanese culture - and featured two massive and unique stage sets (one at each end of the arena, connected by a moving platform) as well as hints of new material. The two nights both sold out within 30 minutes.
