HELP! I CAN'T FIND MY TICKET!!
Don't fret. If you purchased your ticket through our website and/or through Ticketweb or AXS, you have no reason to worry. Some tours will request that digital tickets not be sent out until a few days before the show, other times, ticket emails can hit spam filters.
If you received a confirmation email of your ticket purchase, you will receive your digital tickets via email before the show. If you don't, we can always look up your tickets in the box office the night of the show with your order number, name or email.

Tickets can also be purchased at the MMW box office every Friday 10am-4pm.

DO I NEED ID TO ENTER THE VENUE?
For all ages events, you will not need an ID to enter the venue. If the show has an age requirement (18+ or 21+) you will need a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. If you are 21+ and would like to drink alcohol, ID is required.
DO I NEED AN ID TO PURCHASE A DRINK AT THE BAR?
During all shows you will be ID’d at the door upon entry, given a stamp if you are 21+ and an “X” on each hand if you are under the age of twenty one or do not have an ID. With the stamp you can purchase an alcoholic drink at any bar. Without a valid, unexpired, government issued physical photo ID you will not be allowed to drink. No matter how old you think you look.
Anyone without an ID of the above requirements will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to purchase, hold or drink alcohol within the venue. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue. Underage drinkers get their momma’s called.
CAN I BRING MY OWN WATER BOTTLE/OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE?
No. No outside food, beverage, or containers allowed. There are free water stations located at each bar.
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK LATER?
No. We have a strict no re-entry policy.
WHAT TIME DOES THE BAND START?
Door times and start times are listed on your ticket and on the purchase page of the website. Set times vary and typically are not announced till the day of the show and can change without notice.
I WANT TO BE IN THE VERY FRONT. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
All locations in the venue are first come, first served unless otherwise stated on the show or event. All guests are welcome to line up anytime before a show. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Public parking is limited around the venue. We strongly recommend using rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue. There is a designated rideshare pick up / drop off location near the entrance for your convenience.
If you choose to drive, there is street parking available and some privately owned paid lots nearby. These lots are not owned by the venue and towing is strictly enforced.
Oh and if you decide to drive but you’ve had a big night and need a ride home, we’re happy to help you out.
CAN I SMOKE AT THE VENUE?
Smoking or vaping is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
Recording policies are at the band’s discretion and change from night-to-night. Only those with approved photo and video passes can bring professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses) to a show. If you work for a specific media publication or are a freelance blogger, and would like to request a photo and video pass to a show, please fill out this form. ONLY requests submitted via this form will be sent to artist teams for consideration. Please note all requests are subject to approval by the artist team, and not all requests will be accommodated.
